We loved the location, the decor, the amenities, the charm, the staff
(especially Martin), and the toiletries.
We especially appreciated that they had shower facilities for us to use since we arrived several hours before our room would be ready. This allowed us to freshen up from a long train ride and enjoy the rest of the day.
Speaking of showers, the one in The Tiny Room is the best hotel shower I've ever used!
Fabulous restaurant next door that allows for charging meals to your room. все обзоры »
I arrived early to book in 13-30hrs instead of 1500hrs as they stated on the confirmation , my room wasent ready but instead of making me wait they upgraded me to a room that had been serviced at no extra charge , the room was fantastic and kitted out with every imaginable extra you could ever wish for , I was totally delighted.
Dean Street Townhouse balances a chic city buzz with a more intimate country house feel. Stayed in the biggest room they had and it was quite delightful, comfortable and light, with lovely big windows overlooking the street - great for watching Soho types go about their business. Staff were charming and helpful.
An oasis of calm and comfort in the middle of London. The room had great
attention to detail with lovely bed linen and tea making facilities
which included a beautiful tea pot!Amenities provided took care of every
need. Great staff who were very attentive.
The location, the staff, the complimentary things such as free coffee, magazines, newspapers and still water in a charming and cozy living room on the ground floor. Also you should pay a visit to the next door restaurant Dean Townhouse Restaurant.
very personable staff.

Fantastic service, very welcoming and warm atmosphere, great location.
The best place I have stayed in in all Europe. Very modern and hip but
classic luxurious rooms. Highly recommend.
Service, staff and style was excellent.

Bar and restaurant fab.
Would recommend and return, best boutique hotel in London.

Loved the Cowshed products and bath in the room, shower was amazing.
Fantastic location. Nice quiet room at the rear of the hotel.
Beautiful and cosy. A snug away from the crazy world of soho.
Fabulous rooms, decor and restaurant.
Comfort coziness location.
Great shower, good bed.
the location the little bits and pieces in the room were great.
The location is excellent. In the heart of Soho.
Absolutely nothing!.
It was all wonderful (despite the lighting being a bit dark in the shower) - sadly my stay wasn't long enough!.
Nothing.
The small room has no wardrobe but actually it did bothered me because the hotel is perfect, well located, excellent staff and a good balance between price and offer. For such a small room I was positively surprised with the size of the bathroom and the quality of the shower.
All rooms in London, NY, Paris (etc) are "smaller" than expected, but when an ironing board was erected in the room you had to move furniture to get around room and get out the door!
I'm not sure the hotel represents value for money - next time I might stay in a much cheaper small room nearby spending the savings on dinner, shows etc.
--.
Be good if the gym and spa were on site and the spa could guareentee a place. But I'm only saying that as I was asked for improvements.
A little pricey.
rooms a little small but not a problem.
Liked it all.
Nothing.
Nothing. Some might find Dean St noisy, but that's Soho. I love this place.
The road was being dug up in front of the hotel and drilling started at 8am, this isn't the hotels fault but a warning or some kind of discount or complimentary gesture might have been nice. The stay was for my husbands 40th & we have a little boy who wasn't with us, so a lie in is precious, we didn't get one because of the noise!!.
Noisy draymen unloading for ages in the wee small hours right outside the window.
Nothing.
Small rooms.
tiny room was sth we have never experienced it was a room where we couldnot move even around the bed.
The room I have been assigned had nothing to do with the pictures in letsbookhotel.com. Although the top floor room 20 had a nice view. The surface was max 10m2 and it was freezing cold under the roof. I managed to change to a more comfy room the second day but same size.
