flight home to dublin was canceled and managed to get 3 rooms at this hotel very impressed was thinging of staying another night - this hotel was fantastic and we will most definatly be using it again! the staff were really helpfull and really pleasent.

When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it

Everything! The small details that made all the difference. Labelled
pillows (choose firm or soft). Incredibly comfortable bed. The hairdryer
is not in the bathroom, it's by the mirror outside the bathroom so

- Very helpful and friendly staff. They answered all the questions patiently and explained very clear about whare to go and what to do in a day, especially, night staff that even offered to walk me to the car park at night. This what I call 'Extra miles service' - very happy!

We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x
