The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.

Very convenient location for South Bank venues. Convenient to access from Kent where we live. Good to have a car park connected with the hotel. A really superb location, decent but cheap breakfast, really clean and appears well managed. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are not hoping for anything too fancy. Bed was already made which is unusual for a hostel. -

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.
The staff we met were very friendly and informative. -

The location is excellent! the staff is really nice I especially like to mention Tatiana Alonso and the reception staff. They were nice, friendly and provide us very useful. The apartment is very well equipped and the folders with recommendations about restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and general information were extremely useful and accurate.

Roomy, good amenities including a new 55" flat screen tv, lots of channels. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils.
