  There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it.   The staff was wonderful. The room and bed were perfect for two, as was the shower. The location was very central and well situated for the tube, musuems, parks, etc. This hotel really rocked even though there were some minor construction projects going on.   Great position, you can easily reach the underground gate (linked to central, circle and district lines). The breakfast isn't the richest I've seen but, the food is good and the environment is clean. The room was clean, while the toilet was modern and comfortable. Considering prices in London, this hotel is extremely competitive. Once the curtains are shut I felt right at home. Good for the price 2 minutes from queensway tube. Very comfy.

  Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.
