  This is my second stay in this hotel and we got the highest floor instead of the basement which is a good start. Quite near to lancaster gate st, so it's easy for us to access the tube. Clean rooms as usual and friendly staffs. They have a storage room just in case you arrive earlier than the check in time or if you would like to keep your bags in... что говорят » the hotel for a while after checking out. Breakfast was delicious, a great english breakfast and it's all inclusive. Toilet on the upper floors are m - Good value for money! Most of the staff were friendly and helped us with what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected, no gourmet but the basic Brit bacon, eggs, beans & toast. Extra thanks for the very swift repairment of the leaking tap in our room! 24-h reception was good! If you're looking for a nice little budget room where you go to sleep and spend the rest of the time exploring London I can strongly recommend this hotel!

We were not only allowed to leave our bags before checking in, but invited to have breakfast (a free meal!). The rooms aren't huge, but they're a reasonable size.   Staff friendly and very helpful. Pleasantly surprized by the size of the room (family room) especially for London. Clean. Good breakfast. - My main concern staying in a less expensive hotel was cleanliness however I had no problem with this.
