I loved the fact that it was a quiet and spotlessly clean place to stay. We had the self-contained apartment on the top floor which was perfect for us with three children. Three single beds in one room, a double in the other. Two toilets, one with a shower and one on its own. There is a TV in each bedroom which saved arguments over who watches wh

We stayed in 3rd floor accomodations.... two bedrooms, kitchenette, 1 1/2 baths. Street address was "9"....cant remember apartment number. Furnishings all appeared to be new/newer. Very clean. No elevator/lift but that was not a concern for us. Perfect accommodations for us...two adults and three teens. Walk to beautiful park, castle, city centre, etc. is just minutes away. Exterior of building appears a little worn down but we were pleasantly surprised. Did not have time to stay for bre

Stayed for one night. From booking in to leaving each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and there was extra pillows if you needed them . The bath was very comforable and quick filling. We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.

i had a great stay here, the hostel and rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, what more can you ask for from a hostel. the location is great, just a few mins walk from the city centre and the free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch

Booked this apartment as a birthday celebration. The apartment exceeded our expectations both in size and facilities. Perfect location overlooking the Hayes and the St David's 2 shopping centre, restaurants at your doorstep and selection of bars. Loved the freedom it gave us, definitely be booking again ASAP. the friendliness of the member of staff who agreed to meet us when we arrived at Cardiff, and came out of his way to allow us to drop off our luggage at the apartment early - and was very accommodating in allowing us to stay over the 11am departure, this meant a lot as we were very tired and the fact that is was raining at the time - thanks a lot.
