  Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. And then it got even better with a fabulous breakfast served in our room on new year's morning. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again when we need to stay in the area.

Would highly recommend this hotel - The owners are amazing people. Although I had a reservation for a single room, I stayed in a double one. I needed a plug adapter and I was immediately offered one, while some other colleagues I was with in Bournemouth for a conference and who were accommodated in fancier hotels had to go downtown and buy one. Extremely good value!
