A very short walk from the train or bus station.
Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built.
We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude.
They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights.
OK by me.
Nice comfy bed and we got a shower just like we requested.
Breakfast was great.
It was buffet style.
The cereal was in a clear plastic container with a dispenser at
the bottom so y. все обзоры »
The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.
Ideal location beside the river, withing walking distance of shops/town centre and many good restaurants. Rooms are good size and well thought out. Beds/pillows very comfortable.Nice bar/comfy seats for a quiet drink. Breakfast very good value and great choice. Staff friendly and attentive. Started to choose Premier Inns over the past year whilst travelling as I know we will always have an enjoyable stay.
The hotel location is excellent. It faces the Loch Ness. Beautiful scenery. There are good restaurants and Tesco Sipermarket are within walking distance. The room is very spacious for our family of four. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is spotless clean. The breakfast is good. The staffs are friendly too.
we liked the situation of the travel Inn , Close to the town centre, but found there could have been more directional signage especially with all the Road Works, We enjoyed our meal, and found the staff to be really helpful, and courteous, and the girl on reception was very informative.
The check is was very quick the manager was outstanding very happy in her job made us feel very very welcome would go back to the hotel as the customer service was very good. The fact they put on an early breakfast for the runners was really good the times of breakfast was excellent.
Spacious room. Very clean. very comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice design, functional but stylish. Brilliant location and great value for money. Premier Inn is my favourite hotel chain - the standards are the same (high) whichever branch of the hotel in the UK I have stayed in.
The bed was so comfortable,I had a good couple of nights sleep. The staff were very friendly, but professionally so. They were ready with a smile at any time of the day or night. The dinner at night time was delicious, and the breakfast was good, with excellent coffee.
We enjoyed the experience it was our first time at a Premier Inn. We are both deaf abd the staff in Inverness were very helpful. I told one that I would write both to the local Inn and Headquarters to express our gratitude for our stay in Inverness. Many thanks.
Very nice and helpful staff, she helped me to arrange a room which had river view. We really appreciate about this.
Convenient around 2 mins walk to city centre, new hotel, very big, clean and comfortable room.
Very good Italian restaurant nearby.
The Premier Inn is consistently a great place to stay. This was our third experience ( previously Rugeley and Glasgow) The breakfasts are really convenient and tasty and the staff have always been very helpful. Location was wonderful.
They helped us find parking which was very cheap for the city and not too far away. It is very close to main shopping/ restaurant and historic area. Perfect location! We had a beautiful view of the River Ness out our window.
No fuss check-in - special offer of inclusive breakfast - clean - efficient - good value - 10-15 minutes easy walk to railway station - convenient to variety of places to eat out in additon to in-house restaurant.
Staff were fantastic. Agnieszka, a room cleaning team supervisor, had a travel cot for our baby organised for us and in place in the time it took for us to go up the lift and find our room. Absolutely amazing!.
Lots of space, quiet, terrific staff (after being evacuated due to a false fire alarm, everybody received a letter of apology...great communication). Liked that I could adjust the air conditioning very easily.
Low key, informal but efficient check-in and check-out but friendly helpful staff if needed. Comfortable and welcoming rooms with a luxururious feel. Quiet location with all the facilities you need.
We had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn Inverness Centre. The staff were helpful and friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located.
This is the second time we have stayed here. First time we have eaten in the restaurant is was very good and the staff where great. will recommend it to anyone will be using it again.

Close to city center, bus line and within walking distance of train station. Nice room view of River Ness. Good, reasonably priced continental breakfast.
It was right next to the river - lovely to see the lights on the bridge at night - it was just next to the centre - the walk by the river was beautiful.
Location was great, downtown Inverness, right on the river and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The whole experience from the staff to the bar to the bed to the breakfast..........all good.

The friendly staff
The excellent location
The cleanliness throughout
The Thyme restaurant.
Very friendly staff, very clean, accommodated our young family well, great location.
Location was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Good facilities and
very clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull, especially when we had parking difficulties.
simply a very good, pleasant and comfortable no-nonsense hotel, ideally situated.
Still getting used to having a soap dispenser instead of a bar of soap. Must admit that this way is far more 'greener' as for a couple like us that stayed only one night the bar of soap would have been mostly wasted.
We have no negatives to offer at all.
Can't think of anything.
Nothing.
Well we did complain as we did not get a good nights sleep for the humming noise that went on all night. We were in Room 326 I think and the noise seemed to be right under us, I was told it was the Air Conditioning Unit, It was most annoying.
Nothing.
Nothing, it was excellent all round.
The only thing I would improve was to make sure the plates for breakfast were warm, as the breakfast cooled down too quickly on a cold plate.
Only have 30mins free wifi per day, but I had 3G on my phone so it was not a big problem.
Wifi was a small fee for 24 hours but worked well.
no dislike.
N/A.
My usual complaint, no fridge to store water, yogurt, fresh milk...especially when you have a stay of a few days.
No room safe.
We had searched for hotels with "free wifi" so that's what we were expecting when we arrived. However, the internet was only free for the first 30 minutes.
I have no negative comments to make.
Work being done at front of building but obviously this will stop soon.
Parking could be a problem.
Our room was opposite the main door for our floor and it would close loudly every time it was opened - could have had a better mechanism for a softer closing.
Could have done with more than two sachets of coffee in the room as I like it strong - it did say you could ask for more but I didn't like to.
Nothing.
Very basic looking furniture
And room.
More unit space needed in bedroom to hang clothes on.
Nothing. Everything was more than perfect.
The restaurant - food at dinner was poor quality (I had the worst lasagne I have ever tasted, obviously over-microwaved from frozen). We weren't offered a dessert and had to ask, and then the bill arrived before we could even ask for coffee!.
Although convenient to the hotel, parking is "Pay and Display" street parking.
Nothing actually.
As there was roadworks going on we had a problem with parking but this had been highlighted when booking.
pity no breakfast included in price.
there was nothing we did not like.
Only 30 mins free wifi is a bit penny pinching in this day and age. The
windows in the room only opened a couple of inches, are they worried
about suicides?.
Nothing in particular.
No space in the restaurant for us the evening of our arrival.
Breakfast was expensive - charged on top of the accommodation tariff.
Most other places we stayed in Scotland included breakfast in their
charges for no more than we payed at this hotel.
Very restricted parking meant we had to keep moving the car.
Our room was on the fourth floor at the front of the hotel. There was some traffic noise but considerable noise from seagulls on the balcony in front of our room, all through the night, which meant we did not get a good night's sleep for the three nights we stayed here.
nothing.
