  Rooms very clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking easy, with plenty of room, even for us in a minibus. Good choice of food at very reasonable prices. Staff were probably some of the best I have come across. From reception, restaurant and bar, everyone we encountered were helpful and friendly. This does make a difference.   All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. We will stay there again on other visits to see my daughter.
