  With a sore knee to manage we emailed ahead and were assured the doctor was only doors away which proved to be excellent. We were given an easy access room. Rob and Steve both ensured we were very comfortable. Good wifi in the dining room.   A friendly welcome from Mark, not too much fuss. The whole house was beautifully presented and immaculate- I think it is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!   Everything! The rooms were full of character and contained everything you'd need. The staff were very helpful and the food was great! The price was nothing to complain about either! - Overall it was one of the best three star hotels I have stayed in. By far better than many four star rated hotels

  Cheap and cheerful rooms (the furniture has a few knocks and marks but that does not affect it's use). The rooms were really clean. Bedding and towels were spotless Friendly hosts Radio alarm clock and soap provided. Microwave, toaster and fridge in kitchenette area for guests use - cutlery and crockery too. A lone female sometimes does not like to leave the room to sit and eat and drink in the bar/restaurant. I was made to feel totally welcome and at home amongst friends. My breakfast timing was catered for without question. Would definitely recommend

  we couldn't fault the Plough and Harrow. The owners were lovely, very helpful. The pub was quiet, clean and cosy and the food was very good. We loved the dog JJ who was a real character. All in all a fantastic break away in a beautiful setting and we had fantastic weather to cap it all. The location was perfect, it was close to all the attractions of the Brecon beacon I.E. pen y fan. I would recommend this b&b to anyone who wanted to visit the Brecon Beacons.   The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the whole place was so warm, welcoming and comfortable. We'd chosen a bedroom -Cathedral - in the converted stable and it was lovely. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. A memorable stay in an idyllicl location. - lovely old house, Fabulous staff. excellent food.
