  It was very easy to book in at reception. The hotel staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get to know us. My friend is a coeliac and she was amazed that the menu catered for her. Every morning she was able to have toast and after the first day, the staff got to know this and it was already prepared for her. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.   The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again.
