  The parking lot was large and there was no problem parking up close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, comfortable, and very well furnished. We only had the breakfast meal at the hotel but it was excellent and the service was quick and efficient. - The peresonal service was most enjoyable.   The resort felt exclusive yet had a friendly atmosphere. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard & felt luxurious. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices on the menu which is rare when staying at any Hilton . - Lovely rooms in a great location, restaurant outstanding value

  lovely welcome. our host Murray with his bespoke kilt featuring large pockets and phone pocket, and his huge smile. great dinner. great decking on sunny front patio with lovely views. fluffy towels. friendly staff - could not do enough for us. nice outlook to garden, trees, golf course, mountains. watched a red squirrel scampering up and down a tr... что говорят » ee at breakfast. nice breakfast. wholemeal toast and home-made jam and marmalade. nice music - Norah Jones, Eddie Reader etc short walk to town centre - The food is amazing here!! Full scottish breakie here is one of my best memories of Scotland. Staff are also pretty terrific. We had a pine terrace room and they need some work, to be honest. Looking a bit had it. CLose to Ballater, a short walk. But make the drive to Braemar, its more chocolate box pretty. Fairly limited dining options in Ballater.

  This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. We like the location, but most of all it's the staff: can't find any complaint whatsoever, they're extremely friendly and go out of their way in looking after the guests, in fact I'd say they go beyond what's expected of them.
