Chris and Sally were the perfect hosts, they are an extremely lovely couple. Our stay was made very comfortable, our room was cleaned daily and the breakfasts were second to none, the circular breakfast table encouraged all the residents to chat and get to know each other and exchange their views on places to visit and eat. In a good position near to the beach. The bedroom was nicely decorated and very homely. Chris & Sally were great host who made you feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent and sharing the breakfast table with the other guest was enjoyable this allowed you to get to know them and share knowledge and experience of Newquay and surrounding areas. We would highly recommend Cormorant House.

All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked. We stayed at lazy waves for a couple of night, The owners was great supplied information where to eat and where to visit. Breakfast was excellent and nice and fresh dining area is very cosy. Brand new state of the art steam room - though the temperature could have been a tad hotter.
Pool was nice and warm, great for kids/familes.

very welcoming on arrival and during our stay. new owner andy was keen to receive feedback he has plans for the premises only being in residence for 3 weeks. we enjoyed our stay - the food in the evening was very good, as was the breakfast in the morning with excellent choice
