  We had the garden room which was ideal because we could come and go by using the side gate when we liked without disturbing anyone in the main house. Julie the owner was always very friendly and around if u needed her. We booked room only and she kindly gave us plates, bowls and cutlery so we could buy our own. There was a safety deposit box as well as lots of other - The rooms were nicely designed & very spacious The people that run the B&B were very friendly and helped with planning our days out as we had never been to this area. We had breakfast included which was great every morning, full English but there was other options I.e. cereal, toast etc. Location was perfect, we did drive mostly everywhere but everything was no longer than a 10 minute drive from the B&B. Being on the outshirts was the best as there was hardly any traffic noise when

  GREAT location for Newquay beaches and South West Coast Path. A lovely B&B with friendly hosts. Room was clean, cosy, spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast was generous and set me up for the day. Importantly for me (as a solo traveller) I felt safe and welcomed. An honest British B&B with homely touches.   Chris and Sally were the perfect hosts, they are an extremely lovely couple. Our stay was made very comfortable, our room was cleaned daily and the breakfasts were second to none, the circular breakfast table encouraged all the residents to chat and get to know each other and exchange their views on places to visit and eat. Chris in particular ... что говорят » had a good knowledge of Newquay and advised us of places to eat and see, particularly the park and ride facility which allowed us to enjoy superb view - In a good position near to the beach. The bedroom was nicely decorated and very homely. Chris & Sally were great host who made you feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent and sharing the breakfast table with the other guest was enjoyable this allowed you to get to know them and share knowledge and experience of Newquay and surrounding areas. We would highly recommend Cormorant House.

  I loved that we were made to feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The couple had a good knowledge of the local area despite only bring in place for the last six months. The breakfast was excellent my husband even had scrambled eggs & smoked salmon one day!! All in all we had spent a wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary ... что говорят » - we will definitely return hopefully with our grandchildren - A warm and friendly welcome greeted us on our arrival. The hotel is in a fantastic location with lovely clean rooms (ours had a sea view) and everything we needed to hand. To top it all off the breakfast was superb - best full english I've had in a long time. Next time we head for Newquay we will be booking in at the Kallacliff
