Great locality and closeness (about 200m) to Warwick Castle and a short stroll into the quaint little village. - I found the bath slippery and reported this so they sent someone out to buy a bath mat for me to use - now that is service. The service was impeckable, we wouldost certainly return again and again. We have stayed in some of the best places in the world, but have to say this rates as being up there with the rest, however, we was a little dissappointed to find that the hotel is not quite finished. The staff was the most and friendliest staff we have ever met and which today is quite rare.

Excellent rates and genuinely nice staff and very helpful. Very easy to get to.No complaints. The plug sockets needed lifting a little as some charger plugs can be a difficult large size but it did not cause a problem and staff were very nice and charged my phone for me and said the plugs were going to be lifted. We arrived at 10am in the morning not expecting to be allowed to check in until 2pm. The receptionist was most helpful and said that, if we didn't mind changing from a quadruple room to a double, she could check us in straight away. This was great and meant we could drop off our bags, get settled in, then spend the rest of the day at our leisure.
The all you can eat breakfast was superb as well.

having stayed at the seven stars for the fifth time once again was a pleasure to be there,we were made so welcome by Audrey,John and simon who cant do enough to make your stay enjoyable.
We have stayed in all three rooms and found all exceptionally clean,comfortable and have all facilities required.breakfast is top class and eaten at leisure .
