This is a delightful hotel and we have stayed there a number of times. It is so comforting to have coffee and tea making facilities as well as being conviently locate. This is a family run hotel and the staff are welcoming helpful and friendly.
Although it is close to restaurants it would be handy to have an evening meal there. Having said that one could always book a unit rather than a room.

I travel alone alot and always opt for 5* hotel/resorts where everything is convenient and I am also very comfort-conscious. The Hotel Dost did not dissappoint this discerning (fussy :)) traveller in any way. Great location, everything you could want within walking distance, really lovely rooms... I booked a suite and my entire 5-night stay cost less than one night at my usual hotels. If returning to the same hotel within 2 weeks of checking out isn't recommendation enough, I don't know what is!

The friendly service & accommodating attitude of Ibrahim, his wife Natalie, Gukhan & the staff in general are 2nd to none. Restaurants, beaches & trip recommendations are granted with a smile. Hotel is perfectly located for all amenities & a walking distance to the Marina. Everything was spotlessly clean & furniture was practically new. Equipped with a coffee/tea maker & a fridge. Room fairly spacious & equipped with a coffee/tea maker & a fridge. Good WiFi coverage. Excellent value overall. Would without the slightest doubt highly recommend this wonderful family run hotel to anyone & will definitely go back again.
Breakfast is fresh however a bit more variety would be appreciated even if a minor hike on hotels fares is required. Water temperature in shower fluctuates. No elevator. In all cases, these are details cause in general Dost is seriously good.

Everything was wonderful. The room was comfortable with cool air conditioning. The staff was efficient, especially Ibraham. We arranged a van and driver from Dalaman airport and were greeted at the street when we arrived at the hotel. Our baggage was unloaded and taken to our rooms. We were given the rooms that we requested- first floor with balcony. Ibraham drove us to the port in the morning. We were only here for the night to catch the ferry to Rhodes in the morning. However, it was the perfect place to spend the night and we hope to stay longer next time.

Great location, very nice large clean comfortable room, very nice brekky. We would highly recommend this hotel - we had a room with balcony facing the street, which we requested. We enjoyed using the balcony but it was a bit noisy at night with the traffic which we didn't really trouble us. We would like to thank Ibrahim and his staff for being very obliging and friendly. Great city with lots of shops and restaurants and the water/light show at 9.00 every night is a must see.
If arriving by car please do not park in front of the hotel as the parking officer is ready to 'pounce' on any car practically as soon as you park to check in. There is parking available at the back of the hotel and Ibrahim will very quickly point you in the right direction.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. It's centrally located and only walk distance to many nice restaurants and shops. All the staff are lovely and trying to help all the time. Especially, I'd like to thank to Yasar Kayrakci who informed us about nice places around Marmaris, helped with airport transport and all the other stuff.
Breakfast only - they should add more variety and better quality of food to the breakfast menu! I only enjoyed the fresh and home made cakes and cookies.
We stayed at Dost for 4 nights, family of five in 2 bedrom apartment. This is a very nice hotel in good location but the best thing is the owner Ibrahim and his famely. They are extremely kind and does anything for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They help us in many way and is always there for you. We all loved our stay and we will stay at Dost if we visit Marmaris, that is guaranteed
We stayed in top floor apartment with private balcony and found it very clean and spacious with air-conditioning in all 3 rooms. Parking is available right at the back of the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Marmaris.

Dost Otel had very friendly and resourceful staff. We were given great directions to bike rental options, grocery stores, and beach destinations in Marmaris. The room was great, and the breakfast delicious.
Warm and welcoming hotel,spoke excellent English the breakfast was surprising good with a wide range of things to choose fom including "fried eggs". The pool is located across the road which is a decent size. Can not say too much about his hotel I was really excellent value for money.

Staff was kind. Facilities were very good and clean. Room was not small. They provide a free shuttle bus service to a port for going to Rhodes island. That was very good.
We loved this hotel. Our host picked us up from the docks at the conclusion of our gulet ride, offered to take us to the ferry docks to catch our ferry to Rhodes, laundry for a small fee and some other small favors. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with plenty on offer.

Mr. Ibrahim the owner was a real gentleman. He took us and my mother who has difficulties walking all the way to the harbour in his car. The room was spacious and very clean. We had the impression that the hotel is run with respect and dedication. Location of the hotel is superb (close to everything but quiet). Excellent price quality
Nothing in the hotel was negative. The only thing we were disappointed about was Marmaris itself (what a hollow commercial blabla circus !) 25 years ago it was still very charming but they've ruined it !
