Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Close location to the excellent tram network that runs in and around Istanbul. Very easy and simple access to all the sights of Istanbul by using the tram. The man Gurcen at the check-in counter was very personable, he made me welcome. The accommodations are good, very neat and efficient. The staff was very helpful. The only drawback is the location, you need to take a taxi to the mall or anywhere else. Great place to stay! -

Really good price for its location, the personal was absolutely wonderful and treated us as friends from the very beginning.
Even though our card payment somehow didn’t come through to them, which we were never informed of, they kept the room booked for us :)

The hotel was just perfect, as I was traveling on business and my appointments were in Levent, which is just accross the street. There was and parking available for the car, which was a big advantage in this area. The staff is very helpful and especially Hasan, who speeks my own language and was very easy to communicate. The rooms were spacious and clean. No cmplaints at all.

We have stayed at Pera Capitol for 8 nights. The location of the hotel is great, only one minute from Istiklal Street, and three minutes from the Tunel, Nostalgic Tram stop and Sishane Metro Station. staff were very helpful, kind and prompt. Breakfast was good enough and the rooms were quite clean. It was exactly what we have looked for.
