  Very clean. Polite staff, the location is good 10 minutes walking from down town. The rooms are comfortable . The parking is free but outside the hotel on the road. Breakfast was good.   A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great. the staff are nice and friendly, the upgraded our room to a bigger one, the breakfast is not bad. - Cleanliness, design, services, friendly staff, bu... что говорят » dget-friendly are the least to describe this new hotel.   Hotel Artıç (Pronounced "Ar-tuch", not "Artic" like the "Artic Circle"), is something of a faded 1970's gem in central Bursa. The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. It is located across the street from the Ulu Cami, or "Great Mosque" of Bursa. The first night, I stayed in a room on the street that was noisy, and requested a change the... что говорят » next day.   I liked everything about it. the best hotel I have been to in whole Turkey. Great staff though they do not speak English well . but they try their best to help. wonderful variety of breakfast. you can enjoy it outside. tons of thanks to the General Manager and his hospitality and for the whole staff. 10 out of 10 !!!! - The staff is so friendly a... что говорят » nd cooperative that even the general manager will serve you. most staff will understand and speak English.   I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now.
