Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. -

Phillip and his staff couldn't have been more helpful or nice. Food is great and the rooms are very good.Perfect location for Tiger or dragon muaythai if you want to train and it has two nice pools when you want to relax. Biggest plus for this place is the friendly staff. -

The hotel tableware is fully equipped, very suitable for family living. We bought a dish, in the nearby supermarket to cook their own food, it is the feeling of home, prices in the local similar hotel, very appropriate. The overall good.

The hotel is Fantastic , beautiful and private beach, perfect for families with children ,all facilities are amazing.
All staff are very helpful and always ready to help. My kids, 6 and 4 years old loved everything and also my wife . The Spa at Hotel is very good, the restaurants are really nice.

The location was awesome - set in a quiet Kata location away from the
hustle and bustle of Patong and close enough to the shopping area of

We loved it! Hotel is really quiet, and well located. Close to beach: 5 to 10 minutes walking from one of the nicest beaches of the island, and eating facilities nearby. There are some shops, but not too many.
Rooms are spacious, luminous, very clean and silent. Nice pool, and massage, tours, transfer and room service. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and offer lots of options.

We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

Staff very friendly and they were very nice to allow us to check in very early in the morning as the room was available.
The location is very good for who wants to stay in Patong. There is everything close by to you, restaurants, bars, shopping areas and a shopping centre and not far from the beach, walking distance.

room and the closeness it is to the Jungceylon shopping centre and
Patong Beach (approx. 5-7 mins walk).
I appreciate that the receptionist allowed us to check in earlly by arranging us to switch to another room that is ready. That's pro-activeness! He even taught us a word or two in Thai.
