We have stayed for 8 days in ocean facing pool villa (children 14 and 4 years old). The view was great. Very nice and quite place for families with children. We once had visited the Chaweng beach and quickly came back from the noise, crowd to rest in The Sea Hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to young people who would like to enjoy the nightlife

The pool is stunning, both a lovely scene and good for a decent swim.
The breakfast is good, but a little pricey if not included in the room rate.
The private outdoor bath and shower is lovely, to bath while looking up at palm trees is a treat.
A few good restaurants a few minutes away if you don't want to eat in their restaurant

Firstly we would love to thank our lovely host "Apple". She was exceptional and made sure our experience was above and beyond our expectations. The greatest thing about Kirikayan is the staff who are very accommodating and were wonderful with our 3yo and 1yo. Really friendly staff who, despite speaking a limited amount of English, went out of their way to help (they called our next hotel for us to confirm the booking etc).
Good selection of fruit for breakfast.
Whilst the rooms could perhaps do with a facelift, they are perfectly adequate and you are right on a lovely stretch of quiet beach.

The fact that the resort was near the airport and slightly away from the
busy tourist areas. The villas were all detached and you felt like you
had your own apartment overlooking the sea. The staff were extremely
helpful and friendly. They took care of your needs and did their best to

Location and grounds -- It is somewhat removed, but that's what I sought, to get away from bustle and crowds at Chaweng, Lamai, Bo Phut. Great setting for villas. Rent a motorbike and it's perfect.
Staff was superb.
Surprisingly large wine selection, very fairly priced for Thailand. Food also a reasonable value for resort dining.

This was an excellent hotel - every detail was exceptional from the room quality (the Sunset Suite), the services, the hospitality and the location. Everything looked exactly like the pictures - if not better- and the resort was extremely peaceful on Mae Nam Beach, yet easily accessible. Could not rate this resort any higher!

The staff was very welcome and helpful. The restaurant wasn't cheap, but neither was it expensive. The beach and especially the pool were very good. I also liked it that it was quiet, not overcrowded. It's definitely the place for a family holiday. Of course, it's a little away from Chaweng beach, but renting a motorbike solves the problem. -

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, luxury/modern design, privacy, get away and relaxing.
The food was excellent and 7 star quality, the hotel provided free shuttle to town (chewang) with flexible timmings .
I would definitely stay here again. -

The older rooms are quite spacious, clean & tidy and the new ones are very nicely appointed with flat screen TV's etc. Their stretch of beach is excellent and swimming is quite safe.

We were conveniently picked up from the airport and found the resort to be very pleasant place to stay. There were plenty of tropical plants which made our stay like being in a rain-forrest while the beach was just 20 meters away. The breakfast was excellent and the room was nice and clean. We wish to definitely be back here again. -
