Room---staff---food---pool---everything.
This is a must stay family affair, from the welcome to departing it was great and so relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for the family or staff. Homestay is run and owned by Tony and Phat and there 2 little helpers--Cindy and Nicky, kids, who were just magic. If you do not like it here you have a serious social problem---its brilllll

Dusit Island Resort has a beautiful location on an island in the middle
of the river. It is not far from the centre of the town. You can get
there by tuk-tuk or taxa in 5-10 minutes.
Transport time from the airport to the hotel is 20-25 minutes by car.

Nice compound all round with good restaurants , fantastic breakfast buffet, artistic interior details, nice staff especially Mrs." Kritika CHAIDEE" from the front desk who helps us personally to find and get wonderful breakfast after the regular breakfast time due to the mistake of our timer. makes it quiet and relaxing if you just want to chill by the pool or on
your balcony. Helpful staff and good wifi connection. Also, if you want

We class this hotel as one of our Asian finds. We would come to
Chiangrai just to spend time at this hotelthis hotel. It is a 10minute
walk to town and because of this It was downgraded to "good"
rather than "excellent". However, the perfect quietness and
tranquillity more than makes up for this inconvenience. As another
writer said - 50baht will get a taxi into town

Fantastic large pool overlooking the river Kok. Staff very friendly,
although English very limited in the restaurant. Poolside meals were
good value at weekends (offer). Very helpful and efficient in

This would be among the cleanest places that I have ever stayed in. The
room are very light and spacious and immaculate.
The all white an oyster grey curtains are fantastic and the decor is understated and vey refined - as good as any 4-5 start hotel in BKK or anywhere
The staff were most obliging.
Only 60THB taxi fare to city centre

Beautiful, tranquil setting overlooking the river. Has its own private pier for boat trips one of which we took to ride elephants and visit the hill tribes. Excellent spa facilities and infinity pool. Great restaurants serving local fare, Italian or B-B-Q food. The night market is a great place to experience local cuisine for very little Baht!

Amazingly beautiful! Even though it is in the middle of the town, the

I like the room and its bathroom. They are very clean and well maintained.
The staff are helpful. Most of all I would like to commend Laluna on its beautiful landscapping of its garden and the passage way to the rooms. The swimming pool is also neatly sculptured. It is peaceful and quiet. The breakfast is quite normal.

1. the ground is really nice. with the lake and rather green surroundings nearby the hotel.
2. breakfast is very nice, although quality is not top notch (coffee is instant), but the variety is very good and again the setting is beautiful
3. hotel staff are helpful and extremely courteous -
super friendly and helpful staff. very comfortable rooms
