Really good hotel. It is not on the beach, but conveniently enough located to easily enjoy the beach and explore Chaweng area.

Thaiboxing stadium is nearby and from 9PM till 12PM is very noisy at the room.

Loved the large bedroom with a kitchen area - table, chairs, fridge and sink. Hotel is close to all the night life including the Walking Street. Guests can use the wonderful pool at Synergy Samui which is right on the beach and has a swim-up bar and free sun loungers.

You get a very large and convenient room for less than 80$ All was perfect-value for money All is clean and staff really great

The disadvantage is the location Not in the popular side of the chaweeng and not on the beach But in other hand that’s the reason the price is so competitive and you get such a great room 44 sqm

Beautiful room. Large, very comfy bed. Excellent air conditioning. Nice balcony. Lovely bathroom.

Rooms are really big and comfortable on the ground floor, close to the swimming pool. Nice swimming pool as well. Good location, close to the busy centre of Chawengan Beach and 10 minutes walking from the beach. You can use sunbed's from another hotel they have on the beach for free, it's nice.

The Thai fight stadium is a noisy neighbor of this hotel... if there's a fight happening you will be hearing Rocky's music for a long time... ;)

The staff was exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are huge. 5 minute walk from the beach. They have an agreement with a hotel on the beach so you can use the louge chairs for free. Free wifi!!

Gym isn't bad but treadmill doesn't work and it seemed like the machines were never cleaned (floor yes, machines no). Right next door to a muay thai stadium. It didn't bother us but if you go to bed before 12am it could be annoying.

I will visit the hotel again. I liked the environment, design of the hotel, good and friendly staff members. Indeed, a real warm welcome by the staff.

Rather close to the beach, very helpful staff, who spoke English, even though it was not perfect. Hotel offered big variety of tours that a guest can book at the reception. You can use a beach chair near Synergy hotel for free, if u stay in this hotel. market with fruits, family mart, chaweng walking street are very close. great value for money. stayed at another hotel which was more expensive between lamai and rocky beach and even wanted to cancel our booking and return to Lemurraya. Unfortunately it was fully booked.

old towels, very noisy in the evening, as the thai box stadium is right next door with all shows going on at 9-10 p.m., lots of mosquitos, veey poor quisine for dinners but at chaweng u can find any type of food u want and seems like hotel is not even trying to compete to chaweng dining places.

Great location, just near chewang Main Street, great spacious room and very good service and attendance from the staff , nice pool Bare in mind that every Monday and Friday there's a Thai boxing match in the stadium right next to hotel but it ends at 12 at night and its quite bare able

Thoroughly enjoyed everything on offer. Clean rooms, spacious with lots of natural light. Good helpful staff eager to please. Budget friendly and value for money.

Swimming pool is too small. The hotel is too far from the beach..

I'd choose it again. Rooms spacious and clean. 7eleven 50m away, Chaweng walking street 100m away, surounded by tropical garden. Hotel doesn't have it's own beach (Chaweng beach is 5 min walk away), but they are connected with resort on the beach and we got free sunbeds there.

this hotel is great value for money the room we had was huge with bathroom, bedroom and living area. The beach is 5mins walk and the nightlife is 10 mins walk but to the main clubs its approx. 20 minutes

Great facilities for the price, excellent value for money if you're traveling on a budget. Great location for a family/beach trip - hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the best sands in Samui. It's a ten minute bike ride away from Chaweng's main drag though, which is not ideal if you're in Chaweng to party, but it is if you're there for the beach. The pool isn't great for laps (rare to find pools like that in the islands anyway), but it is great for just lounging around in, and there's plenty of room and deck chairs. Rooms are huge, comprise a large bedroom, balcony and kitchen/dining space. Staff are friendly and will arrange tours and transport. Right next door to a muay thai stadium if you're into that sort of thing. Close to a market where you can get actual thai food instead of that crap they sell in Chaweng's overpriced and underwhelming restaurants.

Not ideal location if you're looking to party or be in town every night. Have to wait for a share taxi to pass by and hop aboard or hire a bike cab (cheaper), then a ten minute ride. Wooden furniture, mattress isn't exactly luxuriant (nor should it be at these prices). Small crappy tv.

Close enough to the beach, shops, restaurants, night life. Spaceful rooms, good value for money compared to other hotels. Professional staff, you will get what you want/need with char coal english :).

Good location near to seaside and night-market, easy to find delicious food and fine massage service.

Next to a thai boxing court, a bit noisy in night. And the cleaness if room should be improved(many mosquitoes hide under ceiling)
