  The staff were very friendly and professionals. The breakfast buffet was really good. The transportation within the resort and the laguna area is free whether by shuttle, buggy or bicycle.   All of my pre-arrival questions and request were quickly and consideratly answered. The entire staff was extremely obliging to address any of our needs whenever we had a inquiry. The kindness and sincerity of the entire staff made our stay there very relaxing and rewarding.
