  It is very near to eateries, convinient shops and shopping. We Iike the location. Very clean hostel. We love the staff. They were very helpful n friendly. The breakfast is also not bad.   The location is quite near the beach, not more than 5mins walk and near to the 7-eleven, starbuck and McDonald. There are many shops along the way to the beach. Taxi booking stall and massage shop near to the guesthouse, very convenient. She will knock on my door to inf - We love how the owner was so friendly and she was quick to answer all our enquiries. She also suggested us to her tour agent friend who in turn introduced us to her restaurant owner friend. Ao Nang was a pleasant holiday thanks to Popeye Guesthouse and the Thai people's hospitality!

  Rit and his wife are a fantastic, warm, openhearted, trustworthy and honest couple. They made us feel like at home and took care of each guest like the family member. Whenever we had any problem or question Rit was willing to give us a hand (ex. organizing excursions, transport, tickets etc. all at better price).   I liked everything! The bedroom is new,clean,with AC, each bed has its own mirror and big locker. The matress is new and comfortable. All of it makes the sleeping quality very good. The public area is beautiful, it has a big garden and a breakfast room open to the garden with a lot of facilities. And the staff is really friendly and helpful.The location is nice if you want to be a - Glur has far exceeded my expectations even after reading great rewievs. Amazing setting, laid back, very clean, great hosts, comfy beds, great design, great great great. It's a 20 min walk from the beach but every other place thats closer to beach is on the main busy road full of shops, restaurants, and traffic noise. This is like the secret hidden paradise spot, so close to everything this town has to offer yet so removed from all the touristy nonsense. And I cant believe they dont charge more
