  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  We had a private room (two single beds and a sink) which was pretty spacious, and the shared bathrooms/toilets were really clean and not too far away from the room at all. We had a beautiful view of the ship and the water, and the hostel and its surroundings were just stunning. - Hostel is very clean and well run.
