До городского пляжа - 20 минут (10 до метро + 10 на метро). - The location was perfect, just off the main square in the lovely historical centre so close to restuarants and the main sights. Despite this, it was reasonably quiet at night as we had the penthouse apartment on the 5th floor, and also nice and dark as the big French windows have shutters and blinds. The other great thing about this apartment was the large roof terrace which was well furnished with outdoor sofas and loungers and got the sun for most of the day - it's worth paying extra for this - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the location was amazing! The area also feels safe and is always busy. There are shops nearby to buy most of what you need. We had a really great time.

I think this 4 stars hotel is the best one that I have ever lived at the same level so far and it is a good budget-friendly hotel compared with the same level hotel. The hotel room is fully furnished with all facilities. It is clean, comfortable with the good view outside of the window. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

  Ther hotel rooms were decorated really nicely, Plus there is a lovely spa in the hotel which is alovely treat, That I would highly recommend. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre but I have to say the 30min walk is lovely-just follow the old riverbed. You are near to the beach and the New area of Arts and Science.
