Location was great, bathrooms were large and well designed, and the beds were comfortable.
The walls were dingy and covered in scuff marks.

No window in the bathroom and no extractor fan. Well there might have been one but if so it wasn't working. I should have asked the staff as They were very nice and approachable but was so busy enjoying my time that it really wasn't such a significant problem.
Fantastic apartment, extremely helpful staff upon arrival providing recommendations on places to eat/drink. Lovely communal roof terrace with views of the cathedral tower. Great location. Felt very safe, would highly recommend it and definitely stay again!
Everything was perfect. Marisa and Isa were very welcoming. Marisa gave us a great briefing about the where about, kept our luggage till it was time to depart, booked our flamenco show and took care to call our taxi. Mind you...we only stayed there for one night! The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located. We just loved our stay!
I liked the location in between the airport and the Cathedral. Possible to walk from and to the airport. No taxis or buses are needed to the main attractions. I liked the spacious apartment. I also liked the young lady, Marisa, at the reception, who welcomed us, showed us round the apartment and gave us tips for our holiday. She is a warm welcoming person who helped out when needed and is an asset to SleepinSevilla.
The carpet is worn out and curled at the end so one may easily trip. The sofa needs some looking into too as the front part at the legs keeps falling.The cooker takes ages to heat but then there is a microwave, a kettle and a toaster which all work perfectly. It can get rather noisy during the night presumably because the sound echoes in the narrow streets.

Location is perfect, beautiful restored building in a small street, nice and modern apartement, woman is very friendly/flexible/helpful.
Apartment on ground floor is extremely noisy: you hear every single whisper in the staircase as if the person was standing besides you. Ask for an apartment on the 2nd or 3rd floor, they must be less noisy and also brighter.
Staff was very helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean and airy and extremely well located right next to the old city center.

There was nothing not to like.
The reception at the apartment was very welcome. Nothing was too much to ask for Marisa. It is in the middle of the old town. In the immediate proximity there are tapas bars and restaurants, and a supermarket. And if you like to go shopping in the wellknown shopping district, that is only a few minutes walk away. We would recommend it to others.
Not abig issue, just an advise. The taxi driver could only find the address of the apartment with help of other taxi drivers. It would be a big help to give guests clear driving instructions included in the reply email that is sent what to do when guests arrive.
Staff was very helpful. We advised them of our time frame and were advised of what to see and do. Location was fantastic. It was right in the middle of town - close to sights, restaurants, transport and shopping. Apts had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Location with a huge apartments very well equipped and very clean and tastefully decorated, Isa at the front desk was very helpful be it information on sightseeing, taxi reservation or any other help. It is close to bars and restaurants and 5 min walk from the Cathedral

+ Apartments are nice. Enough space for small family. + Good place in the center of the city. About 5-10 minutes of walk to all main sights. + Apartments are well equipped. With everything that you need and even in the kitchen. + Elevator in the building.
I didn’t like beds. There are two separate beds and if you put them together they split very easy, because of slippery stone floor In windows you have no view at all. Only the closed windows of next building. There not so many parkings around the apartments. Some of them cost about 100 Euro per 24h. But we found good parking for 17 euro under El Corte Ingles – 10 minutes walk from apartment.
Well located and good value for the money. The one bedroom apartment was large for European standards, clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop terrace with a great view of the church and tower!
We were on the ground floor which was fine however there was a stench of plumbing that was awful. I'm not sure if it was the street or the building but one more it was too much to deal with. My guess is that this was a one time deal but it was not enjoyable.
We were very happy with the accommodation and with the service we had before and during our stay. The staff were excellent
The weather! It's not meant to rain in Seville!!
Upon arriving at the apartment we had a very warm welcome from Marisa. She spent time explaining the different areas of Seville to us, and letting us now where was good to visit/eat/drink and on which days. This was really helpful. The apartment itself was fantastic. Clean, modern and comfortable with everything you could need. The roof terrace that we had with our apartment was brilliant too. It overlooks a lovely little street that leads upto the cathedral and it has the sun on it all day long. The apartment couldn't be better located with a supermarket literally around the corner and a 2 min walk to the central square. We would defintely stay here again.

Very central, spacious apartment, terrace with great view, kitchen well equipped, perfect for a few days exploring Seville and not wanting to eat out every day. Pet friendly.
Location is a bit noisy in the morning due to the proximity of the Cathedral..and the bed is a bit soft..but that is a matter of taste.
