  The staff always helpful and friendly. We had a great stay... Our dog as well! We will definitely stay there when we go back to Palma. - Quite good kitchen. Only thing missing was microwave. Cousy apatment. Cafeteria staff ware super frienly. Location was good.

  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  We went there for two weeks at the beginning of July 2013 with our two children (4 and 11 y.o.). Location was brilliant. We had very nice sea view from big terrace. Kitchen had all equipment that could imagine. Appartments had own underground parking that was very usefull for us.   Location is prime. I didn't realise at the time, but most of Magaluf is filth. This hotel however is situated at the bottom of the strip, nicely away from that. The pool and surrounding area is blissful. You can easily laze there all day and people watch.The poolside food options are reasonable. Nikki beach gives off good vibe.   Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  Very accommodating and friendly staff who were happy to speak English. Pleasant pool-side, dining areas (inside and out). Fair sized bedroom and balcony with views (bit restricted by tall pines). Good breakfast to suit all tastes. Pleasant quiet location with less than 10 min. walk to Port area which we think is best part of town. Nearby Cala (5 m... что говорят » in.) very crowded. If driving - trip to Far a bit hairy! - Location - away from the busy Cala Ratjada town and harbour but within easy and pleasant walking distance. Minutes from the pretty and small Cala Gat beach and the short coast walk around to Cala Ratjada. Rooms and poolside very clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast facilities. We were the only Brits in the hotel, but thats OK with us and no different from expected.
