  We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility.   The Balmoral was one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. We had a room with a lovely balcony and great sea,mountain and pool views. With the addition of tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and ironing facilities this would be a 3 or indeed a4 star hotel.
