Food excellent, and a great choice of dishes. staff in dining areas ,bars, reception were without exception,extremely polite and helpful . I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

Pools were nice Staff were very helpful

Location- area not great for good restaurants Lack of sunbeds near pool-towels left for hours and nobody arrived-no staff available to monitor this

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also.

Ordering drinks at the bar sometime frustrating few staff and no order sometimes - should be a ticket system with numbers. Very difficult to get poolside space as beds are blocked with towels from very early - some guests putting towels down at crack of dawn. Overall very good hotel though.

Excellent hotel for children- the mini club, mini disco, animation team and the great choice if food. Laundry facilities very helpful. Good entertainment for kids also.

Never any recliners available - towels left down for hours throughout the day. A constant problem every time we return.

almost everything/excellent rooms/quiet/food good/great spa and gym/lots of activities/nice pool/good food.

the pool area was definitely overcrowded and nosiy unlike the other times we stayed. the pool area does not seem to be able to facilitate a fully crowded hotel and there is a shortage of space and bedding.

As this is our 12th year to return, I think we like just about everything. Staff are wonderful and food and pool area fantastic.

Great place. Enormous breakfast buffe. Nice pools, protected from wind. Free WiFI (not mentioned on booking site!), free pool towels, free gym, free self-laundry, Cheap tennis courts right beside hotel, excellent trainer. Restaurants, shops just outside. Bike hire closeby.

At this time of year mostly german pensioners, very few guest under 60.

EVERYTHING-This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we booked it in preference to any other in Lanzarote. In particular was the very good buffet beakfast and dinners. We intend to go there again next year

Everything was excellent.......a great holiday for our family.

The sparrows chirping at 6am above the door of room 2015. The birds have nested in small ledges above the door which can easily be boarded up. The food was excellent apart from your entrecôte steaks. They were really tough........new butcher maybe required who hangs his meat a lot longer.

The set up is great for families with young children. The children love playing in the park/ sandpit... Lots of buckets and spades provided and jumping in and out of the pool. The grounds are nicely designed and the food is very good. Fantastic selection of freshly grilled fish and salads.

Meal times can be a little frenetic with so many people getting food at the same time in the restaurant but really a minor point.

Staff are helpful. Near the beach. Reasonable selection of food.

It is impossible to get a chair by the pool as towels are left on them all day. The hotel was quite crowded and meals were extremely busy. The hotel is ok from cleanliness standpoint.

I liked the facilities they had for children, I had my son and family had booked at the same hotel.
