Good atention, staf was helpfull. Literally a one minute walk from Gran Via metro station. Lots of tapas restaurants nearby. Super cheap.Location. located in the center of the city. but no elevator and it is not easy to get upstaires. bot prices are fair.good location.easy to find. Hotel staff. Nothing. It looks more like house of prostitution than hostel (hostalmeans hotel). When we arrived there there were two girls looking likeprostituts living their rooms with clients without even closing doors.In room was terribly hot without any ventilation. Did not take credit card, otherwise very accommodating. Additionally, patrons are not given keys, which means every time someone comes home at night, you hear the doorbell ring.Adding ventilation to the bathroom would help. no lift, no breakfast.None of the staffs speak English. We have to carry our huge case to 4th floor on narrow stairs after a long-haul fatigue flight. It was not possible to sleep because all night someone come. The hostelit is one appartment with five rooms. The women that take care live alsothere. Next days we left hostel and ask to return money for others daysof reservation but a women doesnot do this.
