The apartment is situated in the centre of madrid, served with lift and has all amenities. Everything is within walking distance. In commercial area but since it is on the 4th floor there are no noise problems taxis pass right infront of flat! I will stay here again next time! -

The people who work there are very kind special sympaty to Soledad. They permited to us left our luggage before check in and after check out. They have already a toilet for the guests. The new rooms are very well decorated. The location is great. Very nice prices. Nice TV and great air conditioner. -

Great location near Gran Via metro station on the nice shopping street. Elevator to 4th floor. Rooms have windows for inner court, so it's quiet to sleep. You will have own keys for the building and for your room, so it's safe. The single room with shower is really nice and cosy, with air condition, sink, good mirrow, a kettle to boil water for tea etc. Also the bed was comfortable. It was my second time I stayed here and I was perfectly happy with everything.
