  Very nice friendly hostal in the great location of Huertas district in the center of Madrid. Everything is walking distance and at the same time there is no noise from the streets.   Staff was helpful, smiley and made you feel welcome. The place was very clean and tidy all over and the decor was quite decent with nice design touches that made it feel fresh, simple and modern. My single room was just right and the shower room was nice and everything worked as it should. Also close to shops, a laundromat, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the metro. The hosts didn't speak much English but were very friendly and helpful.   Room was so clean, sheets fresh and crisp, so quiet, family run hostal, everyone including the parents pleasant and lovely. The two brothers do a marvelous job. Our train back to Barna was not til 530 so they kept our bags after we checked out at 9 am until about 4 when we started for the train.
