  The hotel has a perfect locacion, it's realy in the super center. We haven't use transport, because it was possible to walk by foot to any place. It's very clian and lovely inside, I really like the design of the room. We had 2 balcons in the room, so it was possible to regulate temperature, because central heating work very well. There is a small kitchen in the hotel, it's very useful. - I'm a single female on a budget and this was a great find in Madrid- a great alternative to staying in a hostal. Location was walking distance to all the main areas. I only had to take the metro to/from the airport. The place is family run and they stay right on property. The owner was very helpful. He did not speak English, but we were able communicate anyway.

  It was always clean. They could speak english and they were very nice and helpful. Very close to the metro and many stores. It was easy to walk around and see how really Madrid looks like everyday.   I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything.   I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was recently re-innovated. The design is very nice & simple. 1. The Location is great. It is 2 min away from Puerta del Sol and a "Sol" train station. The Tourist Bus Stop is just around the corner. Also, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/bars around. 2. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.   The hostal was located right at the Puerta Del Sol. The location was perfect for exploration of the city. The room was clean and the towels/sheets were changed out regularly. While there were daily protests in the plaza, we never felt unsafe. The lady who worked the front desk did not speak English, but this was not a problem for us.
