  It's a small guesthouse inside a building with private apartments. Perfect location- close to the beach and to the central street La Rambla. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with original features. Felt like we were getting the true experience of Catalan culture. The location was excellent, situated right in the center of Barcelona, in the Las Ramblas area and by the Marina and beach.

Stated on my booking and was met and shown around the security door and lift facilities. l was pleasantly surprised once I entered the apartment. The facilities and decor were good. Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Had a lift and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Located on a quiet side street, but close to stores, restaurants, and the great La Boqueria market. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona. The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.

Staff were very responsive. Kitchen looked well- stocked and the apartment had a functional washer and drying rack. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. They allowed us to store our luggage in lockers in the building next door free of charge on our last day in Barcelona. - Location, Location, Location. Bcn House apartments are seconds away from the centre of la Rambla, minutes away from the metro, cathederal, market, numerous museums. The beach and harbour were just a stroll away. Do try the Bengal Spicey indian restaurant in the next street up (Carrier de Sant Pau) Also recommended is the Cellar de Tapas on passeig de Joan de borbo (as you head to the beach from barceloneta metro station)

  The cleanliness of the room and hotel were immaculate, and the location superb. The complimentary snacks which were replenished daily, was a nice touch. The roof top bar/pool/Jacuzzi had a great ambiance. Staff top notch, nothing too much trouble. Makes a big difference on a hot day. This is an excellent hotel, and will - I traveled with my two adult children (21 & 22) and we had two rooms. Location!!! Its on a quiet street just a few hundred yards from La Ramblas. It was a beautiful hotel right in the center of everything. The finishings were beautiful with a luxurious feel in the common areas as well as in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Nice big towels and very nice large bath sheets. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Spain, this was our favorite.

  The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket. The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped. Hotel reception staff were exceptional eg Aritz, Manuel & Zavi - Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold) but it did look tiny.
