Our standard room, while compact, was of a high standard. We loved the high ceilings. We loved the toiletries in the bathroom and the shower was to die for. We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. The access to the buses into the old town and near the Alhambra was fantastic. - The hotel was in a very quiet part

The car park is secure and has different sized spaces for the size of car. - We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. There are lots of bars and cafe's nearby andthe bus-stop for the famous 'Alambra' is a short walk away.

Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had.
We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts.
We'll go back again at this time of year.
The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
