  The staff made us feel like we were at home as soon as we got there. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day.It was very clean and well kept. The internet worked just fine for us. It is a little hike from long street and the water fronts but taxis are cheap or be adventurus and take the mini buses that the local folks take ... что говорят » which we did that are great and very very cheap. It was hard to leave. - Very comfortable, well located. It combines a quiet, "off the beaten path" location with a hotel that was within walking distance of all the best of Cape Town. Very helpful front desk with fantastic assistance in all things. A really great hotel and well worth the price.

  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... что говорят » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

They will stop by breakfast every morning, tell you about the weather, and recommend things to do. Breakfast is wonderful and personalized to your wants.   This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect.   This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. All the staff were very accommodating and the room was very pleasant. The road was bellow our room but we did not hear any noise at all. A lovely big bath was a treat.   We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street. Also, the hotel arranges airport transfers and the guy who was - The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.
