We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

I liked the warm, welcoming feel of the place while at the same time enjoying my privacy. While the Guest House is situate in an old building it was developed 2 years ago so bedding, bathroom, air-con, TV (plasma screen) etc all modern & extremely user-friendly. -

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The facilities in the room are well thought out and you can see thought has gone into the room layout. The deck areas are amazing with great views over the city and harbour. Breakfast is also of a very high standard. From this guesthouse, you have easy access to major freeways and the waterfront as well

I was very much satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.

I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Exceptionally spacious, tastefully decorated rooms with a full range of facilities which (for the room I was allocated) including an en suite bathroom, full kitchen and private open air courtyard.
Friendly efficient staff (and two friendly lap dogs in the outdoor reception area).
Excellent freshly prepared, cooked breakfast.
Convenient location for southern suburbs, city bowl.

Location is ideal - short walk to waterfront where there is a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Victor is very helpful and available by phone. Complex is very secure and felt safe even at night. Lovely, filly equipped apartment with balcony with beautiful waterfront views. Victor will arrange transport to airport at a very reasonable price if required.
