  Wonderful hotel, highly recommended. Simple but bright and clean. Staff so helpful. really nice feel. Private off road parking. Decent restaurant. Short walk to the centre but cute buildings starting right behind the hotel. Ideal for visiting Sibiu. Good price. We had two double rooms for four of us but they also do a 1 bed apartment plus sofa bed... что говорят » which works out about the same price and like that you have a kitchen. - The first thing that we enjoyed was that from our room we could see the old towers of the city center and had a nice rooftop view of the old area of Sibiu. The second and most important thing is that it is very close to the city center, abouta 10 minute walk at an easy pace. Also one of Sibiu's best restaurants near by its called Max and has a great atmosphere including live piano.

  I have to give my regards to the male employee who called to see when we would arrive, and even waited for us past his shift so that we could get in the room without any issues. (Reception closes at 8pm) We had a double room on the first floor. The room was large, clean, warm, and felt like more of a homestay style room as opposed to a hotel. The most noteable pluses for us were - Nice Pension with garden. Beautiful room with a lot of space. You need to walk aprox 10 min to the city center. They accept pets, so our dog was very happy! :) Excelent, I really recommend it.

The multi-lingual staff are polite, helpful, knowledgeable. Rooms are spacious, bright and appointed with modern furniture. The linen is spotless and fresh.   Staff were friendly, there were a lot of stairs to our room, 22 the young lady helped carry the bags & showed us were to park. There is parking outside but can get busy, there is a car park that they use a very short walk away that has CCTV & a guard. Our room was a good size but an attic room which if you weren't careful you could keep bumping you head. The bathroom - We were looking for a B&B within walking distance to the walled city of Sibiu in our first trip to Romania. Pensiunea Cardinal was more than we expected. Large room with antique furnishings and comfortable King bed. Air conditioning worked well as we were there mid August. About a quarter mile from the old walled city, where we were thankful for the walk back after dinner each night. Breakfast on the outside terrace each morning was great. Staff very helpful.
