The reception staff was fabulous. I interacted with several of them over three days both to change rooms (I asked if I could move to the front) and due to a lost baggage issue I was having with the airline. The hotel is, as the name implies, centrally-located. It's a one block walk to the Nationaltheatret train/metro station (so getting to and from OSL airport is a breeze!) You're also within easy walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions.
The room (I had a double) was quite nice, with large windows and high ceilings.
Their breakfast was also on point (definitely worth waking up for, especially given how expensive food is in Norway.)

Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.

From walking into the lobby and listening to the rock and roll music combined with a lobby looking like no other, I knew my days in Oslo were going to be special. This is n new hotel that was opened in February. In one word it was fantastic. The quality of everything from the decor, to service detail, and food were of the finest quality. The artwork was a collected and hung in almost every corner of the hotel even in the stairwells. The breakfast assortment was as extensive as one could possibly wish.

Large room (a double) with modern Scandinavian furniture. New and stylish bath room. Great view at the food market across the street (note that you might end up looking at the apartment block on the opposite side of the building). Nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant downstairs (included in room price) where I also had a very favorably priced (for Oslo standards) meal at night. Probably the best place I've stayed in Oslo. Price-quality ratio is excellent!
