  - we received a free room upgrade...king size bed and private mini-sauna in the bathroom - free espresso in the room - view from the room - an excellent SPA (free) situated at the 8th floor with really nice view of the harbour from the gym, the relax zone and sauna too!!!   Great position just by Den Haag Centraal (we were actually attending the Delft Blues Festival, but could get there by train within a few minutes).   The staff were friendly and helpful in all sorts of small ways. I felt I was a welcome guest. Furthermore, I was especially impressed with the facilities and really enjoyed a swim in the pool early in the morning while overlooking the city.
