It's also only 2 minutes away from the train station & you only have to walk around the corner for your nearest smoke.   The hotel is very conveniently located (near the train station, the canal boat locations and the highly walkable set of city canals). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (I was having back spasms and they really took care of me.) The breakfast was simple but it was great for the money and it filled you up and got you going for the rest of the day. The toilets and shower were clean the majority of the time minus a few when it had just been used! And the beds were very comfy.
