  Attendants were very kind, polite and helpfull. Neighbor was calm. Roomwas extremely clean and comfortable.   My husband and I recently stayed here (May 2013). We loved it. All of it. We would love to visit again. The homeowners are amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The cottage is located on miles and miles of cycling and running trails (my personal paradise). You are in the middle of the country and only a 9km cycle into the center of Amsterdam. ... что говорят » A view out the kitchen window each more morning I could see bunnies, ducks, various types of birds (it’s a bird lovers paradise!) and many other anima - The location is brilliant. 10-12 min drive to the the city or ca. 6-7 min to the Park & Ride. Then you can take a tram and in 10 mins you are at the Central Station. The cottage is tiny but has everything you need in a cool design. The surroundings are very nice with nature and canals. You can sit on the small terrace and enjoy the multitude of birds and the nice canal. The village next door is pretty and has one restaurant (no breakfast!). Everything is just perfect.

We will definitely choose The Avenue hotel again for any future trips to Amsterdam.

  A very nice place to stay with friendly and especially helpful staff. Breakfast is good, the place is spotless, and it is to very close to the sights, and the train station. Since it is a docked boat it is also very quiet. Don't forget it is a boat cabin what you will get.
