Imaginatively decorated, modern rooms with all facilities and great comfort/style. Really nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant location for railway station, Arena, old city and centre, with all attractions, and yet quiet. Nice, atmospheric hotel. Good location. - The hotel is really well located. Even from the train station, the busstops at the corner of the hotel street (4-5 stops). You can easily walkto all attractions. As a solo traveler, single rooms are usually not thebest. In this case I even had a balcony! Staff very friendly. Very goodbreakfast buffet. Recom

The room was very large, comfortable, furnished in good taste and very bright - the fridge and kitchenette, and the fact that they provided clean towels and cleaned the room even though it was an apartment.

The double we were given was like a suite - very nice indeed. Staff were very friendly and helped us work out train times and book taxis. - Good value. Great location.

The location of this hotel was perfect, half way between the two main squares in Verona and just over a five minute walk to the Arena.
The room was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was really large and well equipped. The room was really quiet. We didn't hear anything during our stay.
Breakfast was great with lots of choice and scrambled eggs, which was a nice extra. Cold drinks and prosecco were free during the day until 5pm in the lounge are?

The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you
are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant.

- Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra). But it`s not
really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to
take a taxi (7,5 eur).

Where to start? This hotel offers 5 star service. The people here would have to be the friendliest in Italy. They go the extra mile to help with a smile on their face. We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)
