Location is right on shopping open mall but still very quiet.
Co stanza had a family emergency and was unable to 'host' our stay but let us stay in the rooms without being there which was fine with us. She is the most amazingly kind, generous and wonderful person for letting us stay.

Very helpful staff- let me use phones for free after I had my passport stolen! So an " A1" for them!! Lovely breakfast too! - The location is excellent, quiet but close to the train station and downtown center. Breakfast room is nice.

Excellent in every aspect. We had a very spacious room and we got a special price of 100EUR. The hotel is very modern and trendy and even though it is located a bit far from the city centre there is a free shuttle from the hotel as well as normal city buses. - Comfortable, quite spacious, very friendly staff.

What a beautiful, clean, large, comfortable apartment! There is even real art hanging in the apartment. The bathroom was huge, with washer right there. Full kitchen with dishwasher. A tray with sugars, jams, nutella,crackers was provided, which was a very nice extra. We were glad we stopped for groceries before we arrived since much was close

This is the best place we have ever stayed in. Sara is very helpful, kind and available for everything. It was a great place.
I also have a suggestion. The place is a residence. But for short time guests like us, the residence could provide/sell small size olive oil, butter, dish soap, salt etc.

As this was our 1st stop in Italy after a very long trip we loved the welcoming staff and ease of check in.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for suitcases and putting away of luggage.
We were very happy with the location. So close to the train station but not noisy at all.
We really enjoyed our stay!

Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. Hotel has a Boutique feel to it. Continental breakfast selection was excellent with great coffee. Excellent (small-ish) room with very comfortable bed. Free parking and great Valet help, needed due to the entertaining access.

very nice and clean hotel in an old villa, lovely high ceilings, very good bathroom, excellent breakfast. A big plus was free parking, and breakfast and good wifi at no extra cost.
