ideal for travellers in transit, literally 150 meters from Roma Termini. Location is not of course pleasant or pretty but extremely convenient for a short stay between train journeys. The room is excellent: clean, comfortable, staff ok. reception is not very appealing but again, this type of hotel is not supposed to be luxurious. -

Location is fantastic! The metro station is 5 minutes away, you have a bus station very close also and if you walk about 10 minutes you will see the Coliseum and then you can walk around everywhere to see the beautiful places in Rome.

Antonio is very attentious. The rooms are very confortable. Also location near tometro Bologna. Try the food on Meeting point bar, at Piazza Bologna. Good and unexpensive. -

We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouses's staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to answering our questions. During the check-in, they even made recommendations of cheap restaurants in the area that serve traditional Italian dishes. All in all, I would totally recommend the Sleep

I have traveled virtually everywhere in the world and have never met a hotel staff so dedicated to serve guests. They were really wonderful with everything from travel tips to printing out documents. The location is very good if you want to have access to the metro (a block) and easy walks to attractions such as the Coliseo but not be right in the Center. Location is perfect for a city trip, especially for the ones who come first time like me. From Spanish steps to Vatican, and even to Colloseum, you can walk to all from here.
Modern design of the interior and the rooms gives the feeling of "you are in Rome; where the history and art meets...". Definitely advice here for all.

Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses. I wanted to rate this apartohotel excellent plus plus but that feature is not available for selction in the site.We had an wonderful stay...excellent room,excellent staff including mr alfred and mr shahbaz,excellent taxi services ..They are always at your help..it is like staying in your home with an extremely helpful neighbour which is rare today

Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets.
