  What a wonderful place. Loved it. I arrived and was greeted by Diego and Milena the owners of this charming little "boutiquey" b&B. What perfect hosts, so helpful and kind they even gave me a phone charger for my mobile phone as I had forgotten mine!!! My wonderful Roman breakfast, delicious cappuccino was brought up - Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views 'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum

  Our standard room was medium sized, clean, bright and airy with a mini bar and large en suite. We also had a small balcony. Beds were very comfortable and there was no noise at night.   Spacious room, with nice furnishings and fittings. The "chromatherapy" lights are a nice touch. Nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Locations is very practical for the station and public transport. The owner is extremely helpful and obviously cares about his business. - The holder is very nice there. Owner and staff very friendly, helpful and there for you 24 h/day! The room was spotless, linen towels (one face, one feet) were almost starched in shining bathroom. We even had a french balcony, no disturbance from the major road outside. Buffébreakfast excellent, not just toast and tea/coffe - The location of this hotel was excellent. It was very close to most of the major sites that we wanted to see. The breakfast was great! The staff was very polite, most spoke English very well, and was very accommodating. We woke up late one morning and were on our way out to buy breakfast and they brought the breakfast items back out so that we could eat there - we didn't even ask them to do this.

  The hotel is located in a very quite street 10 minutes walk from Termini station. The owner, Morris is very kind and helpful, happy to anwser any of your questions. The room facilities were brand new and very clean. The hotel has no kitchen so they give you a coupon at a small cafeteria one block a way for a bread and a cup of coffee. Great location, 20 min walk and you are in the heart of the main attractions. Lovely area, and beautiful croissants and coffee provided at the cafe around the corner. The staff are very helpful. Also recommend a meal at Restaurante Da Vincenzo one street over towards the city centre where we experienced our best meal in Italy!
