  The location and views are excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and bar on the roof terrace overlooking the Colosseum is spectacular.   What a wonderful place. Loved it. I arrived and was greeted by Diego and Milena the owners of this charming little "boutiquey" b&B. What perfect hosts, so helpful and kind they even gave me a phone charger for my mobile phone as I had forgotten mine!!! My wonderful Roman breakfast, delicious cappuccino was brought up - Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views 'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum

  Our standard room was medium sized, clean, bright and airy with a mini bar and large en suite. We also had a small balcony. Beds were very comfortable and there was no noise at night. It was very close to most of the major sites that we wanted to see. The breakfast was great! The staff was very polite, most spoke English very well, and was very accommodating. We woke up late one morning and were on our way out to buy breakfast and they brought the breakfast items back out so that we could eat there - we didn't even ask them to do this.

  The hotel is located in a very quite street 10 minutes walk from Termini station. The owner, Morris is very kind and helpful, happy to anwser any of your questions. The room facilities were brand new and very clean. The hotel has no kitchen so they give you a coupon at a small cafeteria one block a way for a bread and a cup of coffee.   Staff was very helpful - It was convenient for a stop over to catch a morning flight out as it is reasonably close to the airport and the hotel offer a shuttle. Not recommended if you want to go to the city every day as it is a long way. Hotel staff friendly and accomodating.
