Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

Excellent hotel facing the sea. It was pouring it down with rain when the ferry arrived at Stromboli and we were thankful that a golf car was waiting for us. Rooms are a good size, my wife liked the pool and to have a good breakfast facing the sea across a small road was wonderful. Three good nights in firm beds, great.

The lounge was a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the ocean... although drinks buffet a bit pricey (good food though). The big balcony with a view of the park is great. Food at the restaurant is good. - hotel itself was very nice, rooms were a good size and standard, and view from sew view window was lovely. staff were helpful, although one or two of them need to learn how to smile.
