  The location was excellent, the room very big and the put us an extra bed for our baby, every day some one came and clean, as I say the location is perfect and we found a nice family restaurant in the same street No 37, with a good food and very cheap for the prices in Caglairi. From the B&B to Poetto beach is only 10 minutes, and the train st... что говорят » ation and couch station is a few minutes walking distance so from and to the hotel only takes other 10 minutes. Vittorio and Chen the owners were fant - Marvelous location in the heart of Cagliari, near the main street (Via Roma) in charming Marina district. The bus stop to poetto beach is in a few steps from hotel, plenty of restaurants around (L'oca bianca with it's incredible pizza :) Very friendly and kind owners - Vittorio and Chen.

  We enjoyed our short stay at the property. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. We had some difficulty finding the place when we first arrived, so he rode his scooter out to find us on a nearby street. property was nice..No complaint whatsoever about the rooms, which were well appointed and clean..   Although it's all clearly out of season and were the only ones there on one night we were able to check in before the official 13.30 opening time so able to leave our luggage and go out again. Made welcome by the owner of guesthouse who provided us with plenty to drink and eat with some nice mountain ham at breakfast and was happy to talk to us.... что говорят » Pleasant stay. - The staff were very friendly, it was a two minute walk from the town and a ten minute cycle to the beach.   We spent at La Pineta only one night of our road trip in the south of Sardinia. The B&B has nice facilities, the room was quite big, everything was thoroughly clean. Staff was enjoyable and very helpful with information on where to have dinner and touristic sightseeing.   Thanks to Andrea, the director of this B&B. He's very nice and gave us good advicing to make shopping, told us good places on the beach... The breakfast was OK, room was cleaned up and very quiet.   If you want to spend a couple of days in a wonderful B&B this is the right place! You will never get such personal assistance from any other hotel (I don't know how it's like in ones where you pay over 500e per night). Max's family is all adorable and they are always helpful if you need something. This B&B is located on a bran - Many many thanks to Max, Laura and Marta for a wonderful stay at their B&B. The location is perfect to discover the area, the room couldn't be nicer, extremely clean and with view over the sea, 5 minutes away by foot. Breakfast is prepared by Max and Laura every day and they share with their hosts their more precious secrets on their area. We will def come back this time not only to enjoy the sun and the blue blue sea but also to see our friends. Grazie once more!!
